How do I contact Acadience customer support?

In addition to our Help Center, email and phone support, we also offer the opportunity for live support through Zoom. You can find more information and registration links below. 

We host live Office Hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays providing educators with the opportunity to discuss questions they have directly with an Acadience Support Team member. You can find the registration link here.

We host ALO Overviews on Thursdays. During the webinar, we will cover report types, ALO features, and navigation on the platform. This webinar is recommended for teachers and educators that would like to learn more about ALO. You can find the registration link here
