You’ll want to run a full Clever import in ALO if you notice that your nightly sync isn’t bringing over new staff or students.
To run a full Clever import,
- Navigate to the “Apps” section in ALO (see screenshot below)
- Click “Full Clever Import”
- Toggle off the green “Test Import” button
- Click “Begin"
- Confirm that you want to run a full Import and click “OK”
- Refresh your page after a few moments to see the updates to your account. Any errors will be available to review in the logs.
